A Bath Manager from CP & Son General Contractor will come to your house to take measurements, snap pictures, figure cost of labor, and look over the plumbing and electric structures already in place. Using the measurements and information gathered by the manager we’ll generate a scaled illustration to demonstrate the finished look. Then we will schedule an appointment to review the drawings, product selection, and labor estimate. From this we’ll set timeframes, and give you your quote. After you agree to the estimate and we process your deposit we can set a date to begin the project.

We appreciate that our working in your house can be difficult on you which is why we work to make things as easy as possible. We lay down drop sheets, and vacuum and clean at the end of every work day. Your house is important to you so it is important to us, and we endeavor to respect your privacy.

For your safety we utilize ABS traps, GFI receptacles, new shut-offs, and braided hoses while we work in your house. In addition, we do not contract our work out so when you hire CP & Son General Contractor that is who does the work. We even have a licensed electrician to take care of any electrical work.

We are not done until you are completely satisfied with the job, and captivated by your new bathroom. This is why we have follow-up visits to make certain you are happy, and to ensure all is in working order.
